Dr. Tang Ying Chi, Stella is an active art practitioner, merging various roles as practicing artist, curator, editor, educator and writer as well. She received her DFA and MFA in RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University), Australia in 2008 and 2008 respectively, and BA (Fine Art, Hons) in  Goldsmiths College, University of London, England in 1989.
